Licensed to Wed
You can hold the ceremony in one of the local churches or here at Buckland. Four of our rooms are licensed for weddings and civil partnerships. You can also use the beautiful gardens to create a wonderful outdoor ceremony.

Buckland Hall becomes your space
Think of Buckland Hall as your own private country mansion. You create your own mood, style and schedule and decide how and when each of the function rooms is to be used – for the ceremony, reception, banquet, partying or relaxing, games – whatever. Include special touches and activities and use your own people for entertainment, photography, decorations etc. We can help with local contacts. You’ll be amazed at the freedom you have to plan and celebrate your special day.

An amazing mansion in a spectacular setting

Buckland Hall is an historic listed mansion – the original estate for the whole Brecon Beacons area. Its main rooms are spacious yet cosy and welcoming with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and the River Usk. There’s lovely bedrooms for your guests whilst you indulge yourself in the beautiful Bridal Suite. We welcome children and the mansion has many features which suit those with accessibility requirements

There are 60 acres of gardens, pastures and possibly the best arboretum in Wales – providing lots of opportunities for both group and more intimate photographs. Swans, ducks and herons decorate the ornamental lake.
